As a mom of two, I know the emotional and physical toll of motherhood and the very real challenges they create. 

As a fitness specialist with a degree in Exercise Physiology I was uniquely positioned to challenge the party line. 

You know, this narrative that being a mom means your body has to fall apart.

I’ve spent the last 8 years creating programming that challenges this idea by helping moms rebuild their bodies and reconnect to themselves so they feel more at home in their own amazing bodies. 

I don't want any mom to accept a broken version of herself.  That includes YOU
