At 15, I was diagnosed with a chronic pain condition and told I would have to stop dancing to manage the symptoms. But giving up dance was never an option.
For the next 15 years, I immersed myself in learning about the body—studying anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, posture, Pilates, meditation, and exploring various healing modalities. My goal was not only to manage my symptoms but to understand my body more deeply and ultimately return to the dance floor.
With over 20 years of experience as a movement and fitness educator, I love integrating these healing principles and techniques to help my clients reconnect with their bodies. My mission is to show them just how good their bodies are designed to feel.
Motherhood brought a whole new set of challenges for my body, and I quickly noticed a significant gap between prenatal care and the support available postpartum.
In response, I developed ErgoMOMics®, my mom-specific programming, designed to help mothers rebuild strength and boost body confidence.
Through online programming, one-on-one sessions, and a supportive community, ErgoMOMics® empowers moms to create self-care routines that fit seamlessly into the beautiful chaos of mom life.
