As a mom of two, I know the emotional and physical toll of motherhood and the very real challenges they create. 

As a fitness specialist with a degree in Exercise Physiology I was uniquely positioned to challenge the party line. 

You know, this narrative that being a mom means your body has to fall apart.

I’ve spent the last 8 years creating programming that challenges this idea by helping moms rebuild their bodies and reconnect to themselves so they show up for themselves and their families the want to be showing up.

I don't want any mom to accept a broken version of herself. That includes YOU!
